Managing over 28,000 homes we offer housing solutions from general needs to housing for people with care and support needs. With assets of £1.196 billion with £568 million grant, an annual turnover of £151.7m and reserves totalling £35.3 million, we're a strong regional housing association. We currently have nearly 175 new homes on site or in contract to build across the region.
